Children's Mental Health Week

Date: 16th Feb 2024 @ 2:44pm

The theme for Children's Mental Health Week was 'My Voice Matters'. First, we thought about what else matters to us. This included day-to-day things such as our family, pets and friends and global issues such as climate change, littering and bullying. We listened to a story called 'What Matters' by Alison Hughes. It is a story that follows the ripple effect of one small good dead to show how we can all make a big difference. Finally, we spent some time explaining why the global issues mattered to us and thought about how we can use our voice and actions to make a small, yet big, change.
