Pancakes, Fruit kebabs and lots of costumes!

Date: 11th Mar 2019 @ 6:20pm

It has been a very busy week in Nursery. We started the week off reading Mr Wolf's pancakes and of course making our own very delicious pancakes. We then looked at the story Handa's Surprise and did lots of writing all about fruit and what we would put in our own basket of delicious fruits. We explored pineapples and came up with some fantastic vocabulary using our senses. Then on Thursday we celebrated World Book Day and we all looked fantastic in all of our different costumes. We also made delicious healthy fruit kebabs with all the fruit brought in.  A big thank you to everyone who managed to bring something in, we had so much to choose from! The children had lots of fun making these and of course enjoyed eating them. Our "What's on the Menu?" topic is proving to be quite scrumptious!  I wonder what we will be doing next week?

Take a look at some of our photos!
