Lesson: Art and design

Class: Class 3 Year: 2016 - 2017

We made the most of the sunshine yesterday (Wednesday) as we too our learning outside. In art, we are exploring how artists use different viewpoints to create different images. We looked at different ways you can use them, e.g. close up, far away, looking up and looking down. The children were given a viewfinder and an iPad per pair. Their job was to take a picture with the iPad once they had placed the viewfinder where they wanted it. They then zoomed in and sketched their own picture of what they could see in the viewfinder.
