Autumn 1: Week 1

What a wonderful first few days we have had! The children have gotten used to the morning routine of putting their coats and bags on their pegs, self-registering with their pictures, and choosing which book they would like to read that day. 

They have settled in exceptionally well and have enjoyed exploring the different areas in the classroom. We have had some fantastic buildings constructed in the construction area, imaginative play in the small world area, beautiful cards made in the creative area and some chill time in the reading area. 

We have started our phonics, English, maths and PSHE lessons this week and the children have shown just how hardworking they are!
