Abbott Community Primary SchoolTaekwondo Event
On Friday 7th October, year 5 and 6 attended an exciting sports event at Ten Acres Sports Centre. They had the opportunity to watch and cheer on the Great Britain Taekwondo athletes during a competition.
The children also had the experience of training in a high-performance facility where they practice some of the taekwondo skills and met some of the professional athletes. Both year groups really enjoyed the event and were very happy to come away with some autographs from the athletes.
