Autumn 2- Week 6

This week, we took a virtual trip to Antarctica as we have been reading Lost and Found. The children wrote some excellent descriptive sentences about what they could see before writing postcards home.

We have also been enjoying some calming yoga sessions in the afternoon; this week's was Encanto.

In science, the children have learnt about winter and made their own snow using baking soda and conditioner—a fun time was had by all.

I just want to say a huge thank you to Arthur's mum for coming in and telling us all about Christmas celebrations and traditions in Germany. We thoroughly enjoyed learning about it and receiving gifts :).
