Autumn 2- Week 7

We have had an extremely busy week with our nativity performances and Christmas dinner/jumper day! I was blown away by the confidence the children showed during our nativity performances, and I am so proud of them all.

In English, we have finished reading Lost and Found and the children will be retelling the story next week. In maths, we have continued to learn about 2D and 3D shapes, which the children have excelled in. To explore the relationship between 2D and 3D shapes, the children created their own 'shape monsters' by painting 3D shapes and printing them to show which 2D shapes make up the faces of 3D shapes.
