Autumn Adventures

This week, the children had a wonderful time exploring the outdoors as they went on a leaf-collecting adventure. They searched for leaves of different shapes, sizes, and vibrant autumn colors. Once back in the classroom, the children transformed their collections into stunning art. They used the leaves to create pictures of hedgehogs and squirrels, carefully arranging the leaves to make the animals' bodies. The activity sparked their creativity and gave them a chance to discuss the changing seasons, as well as the animals that rely on leaves for their habitats. It was a fantastic way to combine outdoor learning with artistic expression and the children were so proud of their finished masterpieces!
