Diwali and Halloween

Year 6 had a fantastic time dressing up in all things spooky to celebrate Halloween. They had a fantastic time at the Halloween disco and just loved being in their costumes. Who said that dressing up was just for the little ones? 

We also learnt in assembly all about Diwali - the Hindu celebration and festival of lights. In Year 6, we learnt all about Rangoli patterns and how they are usually drawn on entrances to houses to welcome all things good into the space. Take a look at the patterns that Year 6 drew - I was so impressed!
