Roald Dahl Week

Class 5 produced some brilliant work during Roald Dahl week, finishing off by re-writing a chapter from George's Marvellous Medicine. 
We started the week by reading the chapter where George gives his Grandma the 'marvellous medicine' and the crazy effects it had on her. We then decided our chapter was going to be about George's school bully who takes the medicine and the different effects he would experience. 
In our lessons, we worked on similes, direct speech and time adverbials in order to make our writing more exciting!
