Teambuilding

A significant focus this half term has been on developing our teambuilding skills in order to help the children learn how to communicate effectively and build positive relationships with their peers. Each week, the children have participated in engaging teambuilding tasks that promote collaboration and problem solving. Last week, the children were given the task of passing bells around the circle without making any noise. At first, they found this quite difficult. However, through after a few attempts, they quickly realised that cooperation was important to complete this task successfully. They worked together to gently pass the bells to the next person without making any sound.
